Job Cost

 

With Hardhat, you get up-to-the-minute Job Cost. At any moment, you can compare actual against budgeted. Cost codes can be customized to your needs and preferences. Different cost structures can be set up for each job, or can be easily copied from job to job.

 

General Ledger

 

Hardhat comes with a standard Chart of Accounts and allows you to add, change, or delete accounts. Or, if you prefer, we will import your current Chart of Accounts. Hardhat has Bank Reconciliation, User-defined Profit and Loss Reports and Balance Sheets.

 

Payroll

 

Hardhat's Payroll Module allows you to charge Payroll to Job Cost including Work Comp, FICA, Federal and State Unemployment. Multi-State, Certified Journals, Prevailing Wage, Union Reporting. Check writing and/or Direct Deposit.

 

Accounts Payable

 

The Accounts Payable Module contains many timesaving tools used to manage out-going cash and the costs to your jobs. It is designed for easy input, allowing you to quickly track vendor and subcontractor payments. Actual costs are easily generated and posted into Job Cost, General Ledger, Equipment Costing, and Time and Material Billing.

 

Accounts Receivable

 

The Accounts Receivable Module is designed to improve Cash Flow. Hardhat produces Time and Material, Unit Price, contract, Cost-plus and Progress Billing Invoices.
